- 09:00 – 10:00 am detox yoga for your type
- 12 :00 – 01:00 pm detox meal @ noon time & Detox Tea & Relax on Bamboo Deck
- 01:00 – 02:00 pm detox lecture general guidelines to reset
- 02:00 – 03:00 pm Q & A | receive your detox goodie bag plus take away inspirations for all the seasons
- Add On Special: Ayurvedic Detox Massage $ 80 1 hr instead of $ 95 might be not on same day!!!! as depends on # of participants
